Attention All Youth Artists--Kindergarten through HS Seniors
It's time once again for the Wallowa Valley Youth Arts Festival
A one day only action-packed event!

Saturday, April 28th
Started in the 1980's, Wallowa Valley Youth Arts Festival is a annual event bringing in over 200 pieces of art work from the area's young people, kindergarten through 12th grade. A panel of local artists and community members judge artwork in six different categories from six different age groups.
Art Show Categories

• Drawing
• Mixed Media/2-D Collage
• Sculpture/Woodworking
• Photography / Printmaking
• Fiber Art/Ceramics/Jewelry
Children are allowed to enter three pieces of art and ribbons are awarded for first, second and third places in each age group. All art work receives a ribbon. There will be a Judges Choice Award and patrons of the festival also get to vote for the People's Choice Award.

Special Needs; K-1st; 2nd-3rd; 4th-6th; Middle School; High School
This year the festival will be a one-day, action packed event. Along with the Art Show there will be hands-on art activities, paint your own t-shirts, face painting and musical performances by area youths. Performers include: Codswallop, Caitlin Bruse, Silje Christoffersen, Grace Donovan, Hugh Donovan, Hannah Graham, Brady Goss, Handful of Dreams, Madison Ribich, and more.
Registration forms can be found at school offices or The Art Angle in Joseph.
Drop off art Thursday April 27th at the Art Angle in Joseph and
Friday April 28th at the Joseph Community center from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Pick up art on Saturday April 29th at the end of the Artist’s Reception and Sunday the 30th from 11a.m.-1 p.m.
